You and your guests will learn to make pizza from scratch in the comfort of your villa.  The private chef will share with you the secrets of making the perfect authentic Italian pizza cooked on a wood oven. You will dine on your masterpieces as you sip local wines for an evening full of fun and laughter. On a separate evening you will have a private chef prepare an incredible three-course dinner, based on Tuscan tradition, in your villa. They will prepare a mouthwatering meal and even make handmade pasta right in front of you!
Immerse yourself in the tradition of cheese making as you visit a local cheese farm and learn to make ricotta, as well as other cheeses in the Tuscan countryside. After your cheese lesson and tour, enjoy a delicious lunch with local wine and the farms very own olive oil. You and your guests will also visit one of the most important wineries of the area between Cortona and Montepulciano. You will visit the winery and cellar before sitting down for lunch paired with three different wines to sample.
